Outside Sales Development

As we aim for ambitious growth targets, it is critical that we develop relationships at target accounts and service them exceptionally in our sales process.

We are looking for a talented sales executive who can build relationships at specific B2B software companies in the Bay area. You will own various sales initiatives that you will launch and own from start to finish. As you, the sales rep of our dreams, build traction, we will expand around you.

Sample of Sales Projects

  • Detailed account-based sales campaign for target B2B software accounts
  • Do outside sales targeted at local accounts
  • Host local events for target accounts


  • Driven and capable of walking through doors and communicating with executives
  • Extremely organized + great at managing deadlines
  • Exceptional critical + strategic thinking skills
  • Polished communication skills; ability to drive conversation with executives
  • Ability to present detailed, live proposals
  • Exceptional project + time management skills 
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce
  • Desire to learn outbound sales: calling, in-person, email and list building
  • Passionate about account-based sales
  • The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and to handle uncertainty, ambiguity and the challenge of quickly evolving goals
